Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Overnight Oats

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Overnight Oats is a quick and easy breakfast recipe with chocolate chips, vanilla, and peanut butter perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup non-fat, vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tsp chocolate chips I used dark
  • 1/3 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp butter extract

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) in a small jar or Tupperware container.
  2. Place in the fridge overnight.
  3. Adjust and add more milk if you prefer a less thick mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips before serving.
